We Provide Compassion and Support in Challenging Times
Baldwin Crisis Services started because we saw a gap, people in crisis needing support that was quick, kind and judgement free. Real help, from people who understand. We built a service around that idea, and we’ve stood by it ever since.
Care doesn’t stop at crisis. Over time, we saw how many people needed steady, everyday support, people who could continue with the hard work to maintain these spaces. The more work we did, the more gaps we found. Participants needed more than what some regular support workers were offering, someone to walk alongside them, not just for their cleaning, but in life.
That’s where Baldwin Care and Support Services came in. It grew from the same roots, with the same values.
Now, we work under the banner of the Baldwin Care Collective
The Collective gives us a way to grow without losing our footing. It keeps the focus on people, not process. And it reminds us that we’re not just running services we are building a community of care. Held together by trust, kindness, reliability, and a team that shows up.
